After coming back from Iraq badly injured, I spent over 10 months in hospitals. The whole time, I was reading every thing I could about my beloved Mustangs. Right after I was medically retired, my wife said, "Order the Mustang you want, but please don't go over $35k!" Since picking Ruby up from the dealer over a year ago for under $32k, I've done an extensive amount of mods that have taken the price of the Mustang to about $36k. Fortunately, my wife doesn't consider mods as part of the price! I've got a C&L Intake, BBR O/R X-Pipe, full 3" exhaust leading to a pair of Flowmaster Super 44's tuned by Jon Lund. She sits on Steeda Ultralight springs with Koni STR.T's all around. Drilled and slotted rotors, ASA GT5 wheels in 19x9 with BFG KDW2's in 255-35-19 up front and 275-35-19 out back. I've also put on a GT/CS front fascia with a BOSS 302 splitter. Many other mods are installed on this car and all of them by me in my garage. Saving up for a Super Charger now and I will also handle the install in my garage. After a couple of prior Mustang's, I must admit to this one being my favorite of all time! She's putting down 410/392 but I've yet to get to a strip to test her out. Need some DR's and wheels for that though. More mods? SURE!
