My pride and joy is a 1986 LX coupe. The car has a lot of modifications done by me, my father and my brother. The car is the family project. In the power department it has a
stock short block with a
E-303 Ford Racing cam, GT-40 iron heads ported and polished,
a port matched GT-40 intake, a
77mm Pro-M mass air,
42lbs injectors, an
MSD 6BTM and the crown jewel a
Vortech S trim kit. Its a Stick car so it had a
2.95 T-5 and
3.73 gears out back. The car is a daily driver and has run 7.40 in one of Puerto Ricos eight mile tracks. I think it can run deep in the low to mid 11's. Its a fun car to drive.
